Anya Daly is currently Senior Lecturer in Philosophy and Ethics at the University of Tasmania. She investigates the intersections of phenomenology with philosophy of mind, ethics, philosophy of perception, aesthetics, philosophy of psychiatry, embodied and social cognition, enactivism and Buddhist philosophy. She completed a double-badged doctorate between the Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and the University of Melbourne in 2012. She has published in ethics, aesthetics, philosophy of psychiatry, feminism, social cognition, philosophy of psychology, philosophy of perception, ontology and animal ethics.
